Gary Belfield
Gary is the Acting Director General for Commissioning and System Management at the Department of Health. Prior to this Gary was the Director of Commissioning. He has over 25 years experience in the NHS and DH.

Dr Mark Davies, a practicing GP in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, joined The NHS Information Centre in 2008 as the organisation’s first Executive Medical Director. The NHS Information Centre is England’s central authorative source of health and social care information.

Paul Fitzsimmons brings 16 years of experience to MedeAnalytics International working in the UK healthcare sector in a variety of posts within SHAs, PCTs, Acute Trusts and shared service organisations. Previous roles include working for major NHS consultancy firms; CHKS and Latterly Ardentia. Since 2007, Paul has led MedeAnalytics UK utilising his extensive experience in developing and implementing healthcare IT solutions for large multinational healthcare providers, Paul’s in-depth knowledge of technology’s application in healthcare has assisted the development of MedeAnalytics solutions across the NHS.

Graham is currently the Head of Information at NHS Manchester and has worked in Health Informatics for 10 years. He is responsible for the provision of timely high quality information to support GP Commissioning within Manchester.

Dr. Veena Raleigh
Veena is an epidemiologist with extensive research experience and publications in public health, health inequalities, quality and safety, and patient experience. She joined the King's Fund in April 2009, having spent 8 years at the Commission for Health Improvement and then the Healthcare Commission as a Fellow in Information Policy, working on information policy, analysis and research issues, and leading on analyses of eg patient experience data, safety indicators and inequalities.
Dr Sarah Pinto-Duschinsky
Dr Sarah Pinto-Duschinsky is the chief executive of Commissioning Support for London, an organisation which currently provides a ‘shared service’ model of support to London’s 31 primary care trusts (PCTs). CSL’s core vision is to become a centre of excellence for commissioning across London. We innovate to minimise duplication and support PCTs in their quest to drive up efficiencies across London’s NHS. We provide commissioning support, data analysis and integration, commissioning tools and intelligence to our customers.
